CHAPTER 2:

Goku stared out the limousine window, feeling the wind whip across his face. He sucked in the cool, crisp air of the tranquil countryside. They had left the crowded city and were now speeding down quiet countryside roads decorated with abundant trees. This was the upscale part of Tokyo and a haven for the rich and famous. Despite the relative peace, Goku could sense the unease and high-strung tension in the air, most of the negative vibes emanating from Aoki next to him. Goku had tapped into his mind and had been able to see all the worry, anguish and fear in the old man. Smiling secretly, he wondered what the man would do if he really showed his true self. Goku already knew the troubles that awaited him with the botchan, and was fully prepared. His sensei had been a tad bit worried when he had chosen this as his first mission. Goku hadn't even been able to explain it himself. All he knew was that he had to help out the rich man and his troubled son. He had been thrilled at the prospect of going to the big city. All he had had to work with were pictures and images instilled in him by his Master.

Sinking against the plush leather seats, he pushed back the glasses that he was forcing himself to wear. They itched his nose, but he would have to deal with it. Frowning slightly, he remembered the conversation he had overheard between Aoki and Vegeta. Vegeta had sounded angry, but beneath all of that had been a man who was in as much turmoil as a raging volcano. Vegeta was tired and weary and he had effectively hid everything behind his ruthless and unapproachable mask. Goku knew that Vegeta loved his son, but was expressing it to the boy in a very wrong way. ~ No wonder the boy is a menace. ~ he mused. Trunks probably did all this to get his tousan's attention. ~ Hn, the boy however needs to be taught some manners. ~ He grinned suddenly at the prospect of his future dealings with him.

The car approached high, ornate gates with the letter 'V' embedded within the intricate designs. It opened up automatically, after the chauffeur had punched in some numbers on the dashboard. Goku watched in awe as the car began the long drive down an avenue of trees towards the largest home he had ever seen. Lush lawns graced the humongous compound, as Goku spied some horses grazing lazily in the distance. A sparkling, blue lake graced the back of the house as high mountains in the distance overlooked it. ~ Beautiful ~. The house itself was designed to look like a castle. A huge water fountain with the statue of Aphrodite was perched in the driveway and two double-sided staircases led up to a grand double door entrance. The car parked slowly into the driveway and before the chauffeur could come around to open the door, Goku was already out and was openly gawking at the amazing structure. The front doors opened and a stern-faced man dressed in a dark suit came out, followed immediately by a small but strong-looking woman in a white and black servant uniform.

"Aoki-sama, yokoso". [Welcome, Mr.Aoki] the woman said quietly, bowing her head in respect.

"Domo arigato, Kimi-san." Aoki replied steadily. "Where is Master Trunks?"

"In his room." Kimi said, sighing, "He broke another glass case with his baseball today."

Aoki winced and turned towards the other man, who was standing just as quietly.

"Suzuki, you can take the new tutor and show him to his quarters."

"Hai," came the curt reply.

Goku snapped out of his daze as he felt Suzuki approach. As Suzuki stretched his hands to take Goku's suitcase, Goku jumped and clutched the bag tighter to him.

"I can take care of this myself. " he said quickly, startling the poor man.

Suzuki turned towards Aoki for confirmation and receiving a nod, he turned back to Goku,

"Okurete, gomen-nasai. Dizo-kochira e" [I am sorry, excuse me. This way please.]

Goku smiled reassuringly and followed Suzuki into the house, bowing to Kimi and Aoki as he passed. Kimi turned to Aoki and raised questioning eyebrows. Aoki shrugged in reply as if to say, ‘I am just as puzzled as you are’.

*************************************

Goku was led into a wide hall decorated with huge pieces of artwork and antiques. ~How can a kid grow up in here? ~ He saw other maids and servants moving in and around rooms, going about their duties. Suzuki led him silently up a grand staircase that was draped in rich, red carpeting. Goku gaped in awe at all the richness and exotic nature of the decor. He was then led down a long hallway lined with rooms and then stopping in front of one of the many large double doors, Suzuki opened the doors with a flourish and announced in clip tones, "Your quarters, sir."

Goku couldn't believe his eyes. It was practically a mini home, complete with its own living room and office, a bathroom and a dressing room. His bed was so big that it could have easily fit ten other people in it. It was dressed in dark blue and white satin sheets that matched the general decor of the room. Goku dropped his suitcase and mumbled " Sugoi! Unbelievable! I could get lost in here." Suzuki smiled a little to himself. He was not usually an amiable person and so Goku's enthusiasm and genuine pleasure was a welcome surprise to the silent butler. Speaking aloud he said,

"I hope it is to your liking. Aoki-san will meet you in the lobby and will show you your lesson areas and the grounds. Dinner will be served at eight and you will be joined by Master Trunks."

Bowing slightly and about to take his leave, Goku stopped him and steadily asked,

"I would like to see the boy now, if I may. That is, if it isn't too much trouble. I like to meet my students before formalities begin."

Suzuki looked a bit worried at the request, but nodding silently he led Goku towards Trunks's rooms. Goku used his ability to see through solid objects to examine the other tightly shut doors. Many of them held memories of past guests and some had never been used at all. He shuddered at the coldness and emptiness of those rooms. All of a sudden he froze as they passed another large oak double door. ~Vegeta's Room~ He walked as if in a daze towards the doors. Resting his palms against the solid oak, he closed his eyes and let the turbulent emotions flow through him. He felt the strength and the courage that defined the man. The anguish and pain of locked up emotions. The endless nights of tears and frustrations. Goku felt his cheeks flush at the other risqué images that flashed through his mind. Let's just say that Vegeta-sama did not like to sleep alone some nights. Goku was beginning to tremble now and Suzuki who had been watching this display for the past few minutes in dumbstruck horror was now about to go into a severe case of panic. Doing the first thing that came to his mind, he gave Goku a good whack at the back of his head.

"Ouch!! You didn't have to hit so hard!" Goku yelled, massaging the sore spot.

"Gomen-nasai, Goku-san, but you seemed to be having a faint spell or something. I thought you were going to pass out. Perhaps we should meet Master Trunks later, you did have a long trip, after all."

"No, no, that's okay, Suzuki. I am really sorry to have scared you, but I feel much better now," flashing a quick grin, he continued, "Shall we?"

They finally arrived at the doors that led to Trunks's room. Knocking quietly, Suzuki opened the doors and was immediately doused with water that seemed to have appeared from nowhere. Goku tried to hide his smile at the flabbergasted look that was on Suzuki's face. Happy laughter floated over to the men, as they both spun around to look for the culprit. A small lavender-haired boy was on his knees and laughing his head off.

"Hahahaha...Gomen, Suzuki-sama, but you should have seen the look on your face!" and he burst into even more laughter, clutching his stomach as if in pain.

Suzuki calmly wiped his face with his handkerchief and turning to Goku, he said wearily, "Your new deshi, Goku-sama, Torankasu, your new sensei." Bowing quietly, he left the room without looking back. Goku waited until he was out of sight and then turning to face the botchan, he eyed his student with an amused look. Trunks had finally stopped laughing and had been studying his new teacher as well, with an interesting gleam in his eyes.

~ Already thinking up some tricks for me, hmm? ~ Goku smiled knowingly.

"Well, Trunks. What do you say we get to each other better?"

***************************

Vegeta listened idly to all the grunts and moans of the woman bouncing on his hips wantonly. She was really beginning to work up a sweat now as she sought to reach her orgasm. He watched as she pinched rosy nipples and bounced even harder on him. Shutting her off, he turned his mind to his current business predicament.

He had thought coming over to Italy would have clinched the multi-million dollar merger, but it seemed that the baka no [foolish] Italians they were dealing with were holding out on them. ~ Grrr... another lost opportunity. Oh well, their loss. ~ He had to go back to Tokyo as soon as possible. So far he hadn't heard a word from Aoki on the progress of Trunks and his new tutor. He wasn't sure if that was good or bad news. He had always meant to call, but had either forgotten or been too busy. Sighing, he realized that he was dreading having to go home to another disappointment.

He thrust his hips harder, absentmindedly, against the now screaming woman. ~Good. Get your release, so that you can get the fuck off me. ~ Making mental notes to himself, he decided to get Trunks that new playstation he had been bugging him about and some new jewelry for Launch. And get to see what this new tutor was like. Strange that Aoki hadn't told him much about him anyways.

"AAAAAAAAH DIIIIOOOOOS!!" the woman screamed in fulfillment, collapsing in a heap on Vegeta's body. After several minutes, she rolled off Vegeta and walked seductively into the bathroom, tossing jet-black hair behind her. Vegeta flashed a quick grin and scuttled up to lean against the headboard. His face quickly becoming furrowed in thought. Picking up the phone, he decided to leave for home as quickly as possible. He had to see his son.

"Puo chiamarmi un taxi? Ho deciso di partire domani. Grazie." [Can you arrange a taxi for me? I have decided to leave tomorrow. Thank you.]

He hung up the phone just as ...~ What the hell was her name? ~  walked back into the room fully dressed. She leaned forward and kissing Vegeta fully on the lips, mumbled lustily,

"Hmmm...Vegeta, you fantastico."

"I know." Vegeta replied shortly. "So, how much do I owe you?"

Pouting slightly at how he seemed to want to get rid of her quickly, she said petulantly, "Ten thousand denaro."

Paying her quickly, he began to gently lead her out the front door of his villa. She began asking in rapid fire Italian if she was ever going to see him again. Ignoring her comments or simply mumbling something in reply, he finally locked the door behind her and dashing back to his quarters, he began to get himself ready for the long flight home.
